Can I get a refund? 

No. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You may purchase trip insurance and/or contact your credit card company for details on their travel insurance policy. 

 

What happens if I miss a payment? 

There will be a surcharge added to your invoice after three 3 days. 

 How do I make additional escape payments?

 

(YOU CAN SELCECT MULTIPLE QUANTITIES TO THE DOLLAR FIGURE THAT YOU WISH TO PAY)

 Directly underneath the reservation tab you will find an additional payment drop down link. Here you will be able to make payments towards your escape. 

 EXAMPLE

You can select quantity of 2 which will equal a $500.00 payment. It’s at your discretion.

Our goal is to make your transactions seamless.

 

Why isn’t the name of the Resort on the website?

Although, it is our goal to provide the best travelers experience during your resort stay and exclusive private planned events, we do not release the hotel.  Due to guests contacting the hotel inquiring about rates it prevents us from sharing that information publicly.  However, when you make your first payment or pay-in-full, depending nearest the date to departure, whichever comes first, we will provide you with the name of the resort and a contact person within the team .

 

 

Is the flight included?

No. Guest are responsible for making their flight arrangements.  There are 13 airlines that offer flights into Panama (PTY).  For example, Delta, American, United, Southwest, Avianca, Copa to name a few.  

 

What is the best way to get to the resort from the Panama Airport (PTY)? 

Guest roundtrip ground transfers are included in your package.  You will be provided transportation to and from the airport.  Please be sure to provide your flight information when it is available.

 

Can I plan other activities around the festival?

Yes! You'll have plenty of opportunities for exciting activities. Enjoy outdoor excursions, shopping trips, and sightseeing that will enrich your experience. Get ready for unforgettable moments!

 

Can I extend my trip to arrive earlier or stay longer at the resort?

Yes! After you book your package, you may email thefiestasoul@gmail.com with the additional dates requested and we will update your reservation.

 

Will I receive a physical ticket?

No. Upon arrival you will receive a Fiesta Soulfest wristband which will grant entrance into all the private events.

Is food and beverage included?

Yes. The resort offers All-Inclusive for your meals and beverages (open bar), with 24-hour room service.  There are eight (8) international restaurants available for your dining pleasure.
